All content provided on this website including video content, PDFs, tools, logos, course material, frameworks (like the EASE™ & BUILT™ Framework), and designs are the exclusive property of Automation School / BDA Technologies.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made for our programs are

non-refundable . However, we offer the following guarantee:

Action-Based Guarantee : If you complete all modules, implement all steps, attend live sessions, and do not see results—we will work with you personally to ensure outcomes at no extra cost.

Refunds, where applicable due to technical error, must be requested within 7 days of payment.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account will be deemed to be done by you. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Third-party Tools & Integration

Our platform may include integrations with tools like:

-ProspectFlow™, WhatsApp, Email Automation platforms, Zoom, Calendly, and others.

We are not liable for any malfunction or data breach caused by third-party tools. Users are advised to review third-party terms separately.

7. Results Disclaimer

Results vary depending on individual effort, market, and prior experience.We do not guarantee income or client acquisition unless explicitly stated in a written contract.

Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.
